i have not been on here in so long, school takes a lot of my time that i forget about this blog. It always helps to look on my dash to remind me of my goals. I seriously have been set back since school started only finding time for work and studying. I started going back to the gym, it feels great. Im slowly losing weight but every pound i lose makes me feel great.
Protein shakes for breakfast
Fruit for lunch
Dinner varies.
Gotta get healthy. I do not want my new years resolution to be “to lose weight”, i want to have that body i want before then!
Thank you Tony Horton for helping me lose 2 inches on my waist the past two months, but i really need to upgrade to the gym now! Just got my gym pass! I am ready to be the boss of my body! Leggo! I hope one day i can be someone’s thinspo!
